Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and customized or stitched-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return unless found defective on arrival.

How to request a return or exchange
1. Email us at info.bunar@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4666806 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item.
3. Once approved, our team will guide you on the return shipping process.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or design, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you'll be asked to pay the difference; if it costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded as store credit or original payment method, processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
- Stitched-to-measure or customized orders
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items without original tags or packaging
